Maizy's Mission

Our Maizy has once again taken her Clown Ministry and is traveling to the "Bless India Orphanage".  During the past years the congregation at Peace has generously supported this mission through projects including blankets, beds, and last year, the drilling of a well.

This past summer Peace was blessed with the visit of Pastor Jacob, the man God called to develop the "Bless India Orphanage".  During his visit, pastor Jacob expressed heartfelt appreciation to the members of Peace for their prayers and support for these orphaned children.  Pastor Jacob also shared stories related to God's miracles at the orphanage and in the lives of the children.

Over the past years this has become a wonderfu opportunity for the congregation to touch the lives of children in India with love of Jesus.  Wrapped in your prayers, Maizy departed the Minneapolis airport on Saturday, January 7th and began her mission trip to the children at the "Bless India Orphanage".  Along with touching the lives of children with love and saving knowledge of Jesus through her Clown Ministry, she is bringing the prayers, support and gifts from the congregation of Peace.  Through the technology of Skype, plans are being made for Maizy to address the congregation , live from India during all three worship services on January 15th.  Updates fromMaizy will also be available right here on the Peace web site, www.plchutch.org.  Maizy wishes to express her heartfelt appreciation to the congregation of Peace Lutheran for your ongoing support and prayers.
